Consultants hide their prices. Mine start at €995.
German thoroughness. Applied to your paperwork.
I build AI systems for small and mid-sized companies: quote drafting, inbox triage, invoice processing, bookkeeping and reporting. Remote-first, delivered in English.
You talk to the person who builds.
No agency, no juniors, no rotating consultant team. 17 years of German corporate experience behind me, and every price on this page is public before we ever speak.
Your team is paid to think. They type instead.
Three patterns I see in almost every business I analyse.
Salaries spent on copy and paste
You pay skilled people a full salary, and a large share of their week goes into moving data from one system into another. At a law firm, my AI analysis found roughly 30 hours of recurring routine work per week.
An industry that will not name a price
Everyone wants to sell you an AI strategy. Few will name a price before the third workshop. Large consultancies send juniors and bill for discovery. Freelancer platforms are cheap, and nobody is accountable for the result.
The hire you cannot find
An in-house AI manager in Germany costs at least €68,000 in the first year, takes months to find and fills a permanent seat you may only need for a year. So many companies wait, while the routine work stays on the payroll.
What does working with me cost?
Every price is public and net of VAT. Compare this page with any consultancy you like.
Step one, always: the AI Analysis. €995 flat.
Every engagement starts here. Not because I like small invoices, but because I won't quote a fixed price on a business I haven't seen. I go through your processes with you, find where the hours actually go and deliver a prioritised plan with concrete automation candidates and honest numbers. For international clients, the analysis runs fully remote.
Worst case, you keep the plan and walk away. Your maximum risk with me is €995.
Then, if the numbers make sense: a fixed-price project.
Implementation projects range from €2,500 to €50,000, and the price is fixed before I write a single line. A real example from my price list: automating invoice verification, €4,500. If it takes me longer than planned, that is my problem, not your invoice. The systems connect to what you already run: your email, your ERP, your accounting software. And after handover, I stay available for maintenance and support if you want me to.
Need more than one project? The Fractional AI Manager.
A fixed-term mandate with a set day quota. Capped at 12 months by design, because the goal is handover to your team, not a permanent seat on your budget.

For a fast and determined move into AI
€6,500 net per month

- Building up and training your internal AI lead
- Reachable outside scheduled days by WhatsApp and phone, reply by the next working day at the latest
- A maximum of two Premium mandates at any time: your topics take priority
All prices net of VAT. Minimum term 3 months, then cancellable monthly. Maximum mandate duration 12 months, because the mandate is built to end: everything documented, everything handed over, until your team runs the systems without me. Entry always starts with the €995 AI Analysis, so both sides know whether a mandate is worth it. Travel costs may apply for on-site days.
I run a deliberately small practice. I build every system personally and only take on what one person can deliver properly; Premium mandates are capped at two at any time.

I come from the corporate world, so I know what large consultancies do well and where they fail a smaller company. If you run an SME, you do not need an 80-slide strategy deck. You need someone who understands where your day-to-day gets stuck and simply fixes it.
Simple systems, maximum impact, honest prices.
| Typical consultancy | Valueate | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry | High minimum project sizes | Projects from €2,500 welcome |
| Pricing | Price on request, after weeks of discovery | Published on this page, fixed before start |
| Contact person | Sales first, then a rotating team | The person who signs is the person who builds |
| Language | Buzzwords and jargon | Plain English and clear numbers |

| Exit | Open-ended retainers | Mandates end by design, 12 months maximum |
From €300 million to your back office
For 17 years I worked in the steel trading arm of a stock-listed German industrial group, from clerk to department head to head of sales with statutory power of attorney (Prokura). At peak I was responsible for more than €300 million in annual revenue and led around 40 people.
Then I watched what AI and modern automation make possible, and heard "not allowed, corporate policy" once too often. So I left the corporate world and built Valueate.
I am not a classically trained software engineer, and I don't pretend to be one. I build with AI-assisted development, the same technology I am selling you, and 17 years of running commercial operations tell me what is worth building in the first place.
Why do I work with small and mid-sized companies? Because decisions actually happen there, without steering committees and six-month alignment loops. The companies that build their AI foundation now will be the ones ahead when the next model generation arrives.
What you can expect from me: honesty, transparency and fair terms. If something is not worth automating, I will tell you. And if I cannot do something, I will say so openly. I consider that a matter of professionalism, not weakness.
I look forward to speaking with you

Verify the certificate
Don't take my word for any of this
Trust is not built on promises. Four things you can verify before we ever speak:
Clear commitments
Fixed price before every project. A binding quote within days. A reply usually within 24 hours. And you always talk directly to the person who builds.
Your data stays your data
Wherever possible, data stays on your own systems or on servers in the EU. Your company data is never used to train AI models. And a human reviews critical steps before anything goes out the door.
Real and reachable
Registered business: Birkenharder Str. 10, 88400 Biberach, Germany. AI pre-sorts my inbox, but it does not answer for me. When you call or write, you reach a human.
Verified qualification
Certified AI Automations Manager (Everlast Consulting, 2026). You do not have to believe the badge. You can verify it externally, right now.
Verify the certificateI run my own company on the systems I sell
My own receipt processing, email triage and monthly invoicing run on the same AI building blocks I build for clients. For a client who is very active on social media, I run and support a tool that monitors public posts in their market and spots emerging topics early. Valueate is a young practice, so instead of a wall of testimonials you get running systems, published prices and facts you can check. I don't sell anything I wouldn't use myself.
I work with products from
Questions international clients ask
Yes. I deliver remote-first: video calls, screen sharing, and systems built in the cloud or on your own infrastructure. The systems I run for my own business work exactly the same way. If on-site time matters, I am available in southern Germany.
Yes. Calls, documentation and training are all available in English. My full website with guides, a 171-term AI glossary and a savings calculator is in German, but nothing you need for a project depends on it.
Because you don't have to take my word for anything: my certification has a public verification link, my prices are published on this page, my business address is real and my phone number is one tap away. And where I can't show you proof yet, I say so instead of inventing it. That honesty is also why your entry risk is capped at €995.
I work under the GDPR by default, the EU's data protection law: hosting in the EU wherever possible, your data never used to train AI models, and human review of critical steps before anything goes out the door.
You can, and for some needs you should. But at most agencies you are sold by a partner and served by juniors. With me, the person who quotes the price is the person who builds the system and answers for it afterwards.
The AI Analysis costs €995 flat. Implementation projects range from €2,500 to €50,000, fixed before start. Fractional AI Manager mandates run from €1,900 to €6,500 per month depending on the day quota. All prices are net of VAT, and every one of them is public.
Because the goal is handover, not dependency. During the mandate I document every system, train your team and build up your internal AI lead, so that after 12 months at the latest the systems can run without me. If you want ongoing care beyond that, I offer a monthly support arrangement scaled to what I run for you. A consultant whose business model needs you forever has the wrong incentives.
You own them. Wherever possible the systems run on your accounts and your infrastructure, and every project ends with documentation and handover. Technical running costs are typically small, often cents per run, and I name them before we start.
